s 41301. Standards for Student Conduct.

大学致力为学生提供安全健康的生活及学习环境, faculty, and staff. 校园社区的每个成员都必须选择有助于实现这一目标的行为. 不符合《足彩外围网站》的学生行为将通过旨在促进安全和良好公民意识的教育过程加以解决, when necessary, impose appropriate consequences.

A. Student Responsibilities

学生被期望成为好公民，并从事负责任的行为，以反映他们的大学, to be civil to one another and to others in the campus community, and to contribute positively to student and university life.

B. Unacceptable Student Behaviors

The following behavior is subject to disciplinary sanctions:

  1. Dishonesty, including:
    • Cheating, plagiarism, 或其他形式的学术不诚实，旨在获得不公平的学术优势.

  6. Disorderly, lewd, indecent, or obscene behavior at a University related activity, or directed toward a member of the University community.
  7. 威胁或危害大学社区内或与大学社区有关的任何人的健康或安全的行为, including physical abuse, threats, intimidation, harassment, or sexual misconduct.
  8. Hazing, or conspiracy to haze. 欺侮被定义为任何加入或预先加入学生组织或学生团体的方法, 该组织或团体是否得到教育机构的正式认可, which is likely to cause serious bodily injury to any former, current, or prospective student of any school, community college, college, university or other educational institution in this state (Penal Code 245.6), and in addition, any act likely to cause physical harm, personal degradation or disgrace resulting in physical or mental harm, to any former, current, or prospective student of any school, community college, college, university or other educational institution. “欺侮”一词不包括惯常的体育项目或学校批准的项目.  Neither the express or implied consent of a victim of hazing, 没有积极参与某一特定的欺侮事件也不能作为辩护理由. Apathy or acquiescence in the presence of hazing is not a neutral act, and is also a violation of this section.
  9. Use, possession, manufacture, or distribution of illegal drugs or drug-related paraphernalia, (法律及校规明文允许的除外)或滥用合法药物.
  10. Use, possession, manufacture, 或分发酒精饮料(法律和大学规章明确允许的除外), 或在校园或与大学有关的活动中当众醉酒.
  11. Theft of property or services from the University community, or misappropriation of University resources.
  12. Unauthorized destruction, 或损坏大学或大学社区内的其他财产.
  13. Possession or misuse of firearms or guns, replicas, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, knives, other weapons, 或危险化学品(未经校长事先授权)在校园或大学相关活动.
  14. Unauthorized recording, dissemination, 或为商业目的出版学术报告(包括手写笔记).
  15. Misuse of computer facilities or resources, including:
    • Unauthorized entry into a file, for any purpose.
    • Unauthorized transfer of a file.
    • Use of another's identification or password.
    • Use of computing facilities, campus network, 或其他资源，以干扰大学社区其他成员的工作.

    • Use of computing facilities and resources in violation of copyright laws.

  18. Any act chargeable as a violation of a federal, state, 或对大学社区成员的安全或福祉构成重大威胁的当地法律, 破坏大学社区内的财产，或对大学的运作构成严重威胁或干扰.
  19. Violation of the Student Conduct Procedures, including
    • Falsification, distortion, 或者歪曲与学生纪律有关的信息.

    • Initiation of a student discipline proceeding in bad faith.
    • 试图阻止他人参与学生纪律问题.

C. Procedures for Enforcing This Code

校长应采取适当的程序，以确保学生得到适当的通知，并有机会在学校对违反学生行为准则的行为进行任何制裁之前听取意见.

D. Application of This Code

Sanctions for the conduct listed above can be imposed on applicants, enrolled students, students between academic terms, graduates awaiting degrees, 还有那些因纪律问题而退学的学生.
