A total of 120 units is required for the Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, of which 66-72 units are in the major. All options require a common core of 45 units of lower and upper division courses in the College of Business and Economics.

Within this major, students can choose from the following options:

The 市场营销 Option prepares students for the dynamic world of 市场营销 in the 21st century. 学生 will learn how to integrate a deep understanding of the external market environment and consumer behavior through emerging market research methods. They will also learn how to create innovative value propositions from a strategic 市场营销 perspective and to communicate effectively with customers using emerging social and 市场营销 communications media.

国际业务

The 国际业务 Option prepares students for the dynamic world of international and global business. Through a broad understanding of globalization, students will learn how to integrate cross-functional business knowledge to develop effective business strategies for the global marketplace.

零售业

The 零售业 option prepares students for the dynamic, 多通道, international world of retailing. It integrates external environmental issues and concerns with consumer behavior issues while addressing the firm’s retail goals and objectives. It prepares students with strategies needed to address the evolving retail climate.

The Minor in 零售业 will provide the opportunity for students enrolled in other B.S.B.A. options or other degree programs to improve their employment prospects, enhance their understanding of retailing and consumer behavior, and/or improve their ability to successfully operate a brick-and-mortar or online retail business or non-profit organization.

Entertainment 市场营销

The Department of 市场营销, in cooperation with the Television, Film and 媒体 studies offers an undergraduate minor program in Entertainment 市场营销. The Entertainment 市场营销 minor program prepares any majors for a variety of entertainment careers.

The Minor in 市场营销 provides the opportunity for students enrolled in other B.S.B.A. options or other degree programs to improve their employment prospects, enhance their understanding of consumer behavior and 市场营销, and/or improve their ability to successfully market a business or non-profit organization of their own. 学生 pursuing the Minor in 市场营销 must (1) meet all the current admission requirements for the B.S.B.A. degree program or any other degree program at California State University, Los Angeles and (2) be concurrently enrolled in and in good academic standing with the program in which they are admitted and enrolled. 除了, all coursework for the Minor in 市场营销 must be completed before or at the same time as the major degree program in which the student is enrolled.

The Minor in Sustainability 市场营销 will provide the opportunity for students enrolled in B.S.B.A. options other than the 市场营销 option or other degree programs to: broaden their understanding of mounting environmental and social issues that impact our local and global communities; transform the design, 市场营销, and consumption of products and services within an interdisciplinary framework of environmental and social sustainability; and enhance their employment portfolio to appeal to the increasing number of public and private employers seeking college graduates with a deeper understanding of the human impact of environmental issues.
